  目的:探讨全程健康教育对人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉功能、心理状态的影响。方法:选取人工耳蜗植入儿童102例,参照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组51例。对照组施以常规健康教育,研究组施以全程健康教育,比较2组听觉功能、心理状态、生活质量及依从性。结果:随访6个月,研究组儿童的听觉功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组儿童的总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育可增强人工耳蜗植入儿童治疗依从性,改善心理状态,提升其听觉功能及生活质量。
英文摘要:
  Objective: To explore the impact of continuous health education on auditory function and psychological status in children with cochlear implants. Methods: A total of 102 children who underwent cochlear implantation were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, while the study group received comprehensive health education. The auditory function, psychological status, quality of life, and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results: At the 6-month follow-up, the auditory function scores of children in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); the psychological status scores of children in the study group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05); the quality of life scores of children in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); the overall compliance rate of children in the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive health education can enhance treatment adherence in children with cochlear implants, improve their psychological well-being, and enhance their auditory function and quality of life.
