| 慢性脊柱源性疼痛（CSP）是肌肉骨骼疼痛的重要亚型，严重影响患者的脊柱功能、生活质量和情绪反应。近年来，超声引导下针刀治疗（UGA）逐渐应用于CSP的治疗并达到了良好的治疗效果，其融合了超声技术与针刀疗法，实现从“盲视操作”到“可视化治疗”的跨越，但尚缺乏相关综述探讨。因此，本综述基于当前研究现状，探讨UGA治疗CSP的优势与临床价值及当前的问题和未来发展，旨在为临床实践选择和后续研究提供参考。 |

| Chronic spinal musculoskeletal pain (CSP) constitutes a significant subtype of musculoskeletal pain, severely impacting patients’ spinal function, quality of life, and emotional responses. In recent years, ultrasound-guided acupotomy (UGA) has increasingly been applied to treat CSP with favorable outcomes. Integrating ultrasound technology with acupotomy techniques, it represents a shift from “blind procedures” to “visualised treatment”, yet relevant reviews remain scarce. Consequently, this review examines the advantages and clinical value of UGA for CSP treatment, alongside current challenges and future directions, based on the existing research landscape. It aims to provide guidance for clinical practice selection and subsequent research. |
