| 高压氧治疗通过吸入高浓度氧气的方式来提高组织的氧分压，广泛应用于缺血缺氧性疾病的康复治疗。本文综述了高压氧治疗过程中高氧环境诱发全身血管收缩、心率减慢和心输出量下降进而导致血压波动的生理机制，包括一氧化氮介导的血管内皮功能调节、交感-迷走神经平衡改变及压力反射激活；总结临床研究中血压变化的特点与幅度，分析高血压患者与非高血压人群的反应差异，探讨不同抗高血压药物对高压氧治疗影响血压的修饰作用，并梳理慢性肾脏病等特殊人群的血压反应特征。在此基础上，进一步阐述高压氧治疗的血压效应的临床意义及其在康复医学中的应用价值，以期为临床治疗方案的优化和血压管理策略的制定提供依据。 |

| Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the partial pressure of oxygen in tissues by inhaling high-concentration oxygen and is widely used in the rehabilitation treatment of ischemic and hypoxic diseases. During hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the hyperoxic environment can induce systemic vasoconstriction, bradycardia and decreased cardiac output, thereby causing blood pressure fluctuations. This article systematically expounds the physiological mechanisms by which hyperbaric oxygen therapy affects blood pressure, including the regulation of vascular endothelial function mediated by nitric oxide, changes in the balance of sympathetic and vagus nerves, and the activation of the baroreflex. It summarizes the characteristics and magnitudes of blood pressure changes in clinical studies, analyzes the differences in responses between hypertensive patients and non-hypertensive individuals, explores the modifying effects of different antihypertensive drugs on the impact of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on blood pressure, and sorts out the blood pressure response characteristics of special populations such as chronic kidney disease patients. On this basis, it also elaborates on the clinical significance of the blood pressure effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and its application value in rehabilitation medicine, providing a basis for the optimization of clinical treatment plans and the formulation of blood pressure management strategies. |
