| 本文对国内外老年照护需求评估工具的发展及应用情况进行综述，对各个评估工具的内容、应用情况及发展趋势进行了讨论，以期为我国老年照护需求评估工具的开发和应用提供借鉴。目前国际上主流的老年人照护需求评估工具整合多个维度的评估指标并形成了较为完备的评估配件。而国内老年人照护需求评估工具还较为缺乏，多引用或组合使用国外较为成熟的评估量表。未来老年人照护需求评估工具发展趋势将集中在数字化转型、康复需求评估内容的纳入以及联合新兴智能康复辅助设备实现精准化照护等方面。 |

| This article provides a review of development and application status of assessment instruments for elderly care needs both domestically and internationally. The content, application, and development trends of various assessment instruments were discussed in order to provide reference for the development and application of assessment instruments for elderly care needs. The mainstream assessment instruments for elderly care needs internationally have evolved to integrate multiple dimensions of evaluation indicators, thereby constituting a relatively comprehensive set of assessment accessories. While the domestic assessment instruments are still relatively lacking, and often rely on the citation or integration of more mature foreign assessment scales. The future trend of the assessment instruments for elderly care needs should be focused on digital transformation, incorporating the assessment of rehabilitation needs, and the integration of emerging smart rehabilitation assistive devices to achieve precise care. |
